These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products offered on pawbond.online by PawBond to its customers ("you", "the Customer"). Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
PawBond offers dog accessories (apparel, collars, leashes, harnesses, toys, grooming products, and everyday accessories). Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding and may show slight variations.
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States: no shipping fee is added at checkout. PawBond reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
An order is confirmed once payment is verified. A confirmation email summarizing your order is then sent to you. PawBond reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or product unavailability (with a refund where applicable).
Payment is processed securely via PayPal, which lets you pay with a PayPal account or by card, with no account required. No banking information is stored on our servers. Learn more on our Secure Payment page.
Products are shipped within the United States, to the address provided at checkout. As our products are prepared by our logistics partners, delivery times are estimates. Your order is delivered within 4–7 business days on average. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. PawBond cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by an event beyond our control.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it. Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days with a supporting photo at Paw.bond.pro@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
Products are intended for normal use with pets. It is the Customer's responsibility to check that the size and intended use of the product are appropriate for their animal, and to supervise their pet during use. PawBond cannot be held liable for misuse of its products.
