Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum and no fee added at the last step. The price you see is the price you pay.
Your order is delivered within 4–7 business days. Times may run longer during holiday periods.

As soon as it ships, a tracking number is emailed to you. You can also find it anytime in your account, under "My Orders".
That's normal. Our items come from different workshops, so they sometimes ship in multiple packages, at no extra cost to you. Each package has its own tracking.

Yes. Payment happens entirely on PayPal. PawBond never sees, processes, or stores your card number. Our site is fully encrypted (HTTPS).

On eligible products, switch on "Personalize this item" on the product page — it's optional, for +$3. Then enter the name you'd like (20 characters max), and choose a technique (embroidered or printed), a font and a color, with a live preview.
No. Since an item with a name on it can't be resold, it is neither returned nor exchanged, except for a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Double-check the spelling before confirming!
You open a group on a product page and share the link. The more people join, the lower the price for everyone: −5% at 2 participants, −10% at 3, −15% from 4 onward. Your payment is only authorized at the start; you're only charged once the group closes, at the final discounted price. If the group doesn't reach any tier, the authorization is simply released.
